Ich küsse ihre Hand, Madame (Robert Land, Germany, 17/01/1929)

The Film and the similarly titled Song were almost synenamous due to a short two minute sound segment, where the song is sang by the famous Opera/Operete Singer Richard Tauber. I found notices regarding the existence of the song for as early as September 1928 and it's released on record since October, while the film was in production only since December of that year. I could not find wether one was really independent of the other or not, because of limited access to written sources. "Hofmeisters Handbuch der Musikliterature" only notes of the song in January 1929 (p. 6), when it was released in an arrangement to Salon Ochestra.
